How should I dress?

Dress comfortably–our members and guests attend in anything from shorts and shirts to suits and ties. Whatever you feel comfortable wearing, you won’t feel out of place.

Should I Bring a Bible?

A Bible is helpful for you to use during the message portion of the service for reference. Many people access the Bible on their smart phone.

What is ButtonWood UMC’s Style or Music?

In terms of music, we don’t have a “style” that we stick with, although we do more contemporary praise songs and choruses than hymns. Our desire is that our musical worship be uplifting and create a sense of anticipation for the teaching time in the service. Keeping a variety of both music and media makes each service a unique experience.
